Ohio law requires us to use best efforts to obtain and report the name, address, occupation, and employer for each individual whose contribution is $100 or more.

By selecting a donation amount, you agree that:

• You are a United States citizen or permanent resident alien.
• This contribution represents your personal funds and is not drawn from a prohibited source.
• The funds donated are not provided by another person or entity.
• The payment method used is in your name and you are financially responsible for the charges.

Corporate contributions are prohibited. Partnerships, LLCs, and other unincorporated entities may contribute but must include ownership attribution. State employees are prohibited from donating.

Contributions to Friends of Angie King are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes.
